How do scan credits work?

Text and form scans cost 1 credit, file scans 1 credit and database scans 3 credits. The Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint add-ins are metered at 1 credit per 1,000 scans. Credits are deducted from your balance after each successful scan, whether it runs on this website, from the Office add-ins or from your own software via the API.

Do credits expire?

No! Your scan credits never expire. Use them at your own pace.

Can I top up my credits?

Yes, you can purchase additional credit packs at any time. Credits are added to your existing balance.

What payment methods are accepted?
